This class is designed for anyone interested in looking deeper into the Orthodox Church and Faith. What to expect and what to do when entering an Orthodox Church? What is the meaning behind both faith and practice in the Orthodox Church? Answering any inquiries into these important questions is the general approach and purpose of this class. This class is required for anyone who is interested in pursuing eventual entrance into the Orthodox Church. The book that will be needed for this class is: Welcome to the Orthodox Church by Frederica Mathewes-Green. It is available on amazon.com. Once you have the book, read into it as far as you would like. Sections will be assigned for a given session ahead of time. This class must be taken before the Catechumens class.

 

This class is taught by Dns. Jacob Frimenko and Johnothon Sauer. Fr. Steven will also be present and teaching for part of the class.
